Vendor Rules and Regulations

NO SMOKING: CFFM is a NON-SMOKING market. No smoking is allowed inside any of the buildings or bathrooms. Outside smoking is permitted as long as it does not interfere with any other vendor or patron.

• Hours of operation are set by Management and you will be kept informed of those hours. Hours may vary depending on the time of year and for holidays.

• Any space that is rented and has merchandise in it, must be open within one hour of the market opening. Café must be open no later than 9:00am each day.

• If you are unable to attend and cannot be open for business you are required to inform us prior to opening time for that day and must indicate who will be responsible for your merchandise for that day.

• All vendors are encouraged to stay open and ready for business to within one hour of CFFM closing.
(Example: If CFFM closes at 5:00pm you should not close or start packing prior to 4:00pm

• No Vendor shall remain on CFFM property after 5:15pm unless prior arrangements have been made with CFFM management.

• You must leave your space clean and free of trash. (This includes any trash, boxes, etc. in and around the floor/ground area of your space.) YOU must keep it clean.

• DO NOT discard items (including empty boxes) next to trash cans or in our dumpster! Doing so will result in additional charges or expulsion from the market. Our policy is that “you bring it in, you take it out”.

• Sellers dumping trash will be subject to expulsion.

• NO tables are provided by CFFM.

• No merchandise is allowed to extend beyond your rented space into walkway. The walkway MUST be kept clear at all times. (this is a Fire Marshall issue).

• No vendor may construct or alter any space or table without the consent of CFFM management. This includes screwing, nailing or in any way affixing items to tables, walls or rafters. Alterations or improvements (if approved by CFFM management) automatically become the property of CFFM and cannot be removed or altered without the consent of CFFM management.

• Obstructions, displays, walls or dividers of any type, whether temporary or permanent, taller than 5 feet are prohibited unless approved by management.

• The front side of all selling spaces must be unobstructed. Clear or other plastic roll-ups may be used but must be kept open during hours of operation.

• Signage: Vendors may affix signs to the rafter area in front of their spaces, but cannot hang into the isle. No sign can be larger than 36 inches wide and the bottom of the sign can hang no lower than 20 inches from the bottom of the rafter. Maximum of 1 sign per selling space. (Example: If you have rented 3 booths you are entitled to 3 signs.) If you have any questions or doubts, please consult market management.

ABSOLUTELY NO ELECTRIC HEATERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MARKET

If you want to use a propane or kerosene heater, it must be approved by management and used with proper ventilation required by the manufacturer.
